Our affinity for learning means that we know how people learn as much as we know what they need to learn. And we start with learning theory, frameworks, and models. In the learning design we craft for you, we carefully consider different learning theories (such as cognitivism, social, experiential, and constructivism, to name a few), to achieve the desired outcomes for your learners. Our team have a deep-rooted appreciation for the neuroscience behind learning.

Neuroscience also allows our learning designs to be more inclusive - it arms us with the knowledge and understanding to consider our neurodiverse learners and what we can do to enhance their learning experience (it also helps that we have a neurodiverse team too!)
